Aimee Monterrosa has nine years experience working in the field of mental health, domestic violence, and substance use. She currently manages a community resource center and has provided training to clinicians, counselors and other community social service agencies providing trauma-informed care. She is a graduate of the masters program at the USC School of Social Work with an undergraduate background in Psychology from CSUDH. Aimee is fluent in Spanish. Her goal is to make therapy accessible, effective, trauma-informed and person-centered. She believes that anyone can rebuild, redeem and heal themselves given the proper tools and space to reconnect to a healthy self-image, genuine self-love and a driven personal purpose.
