While we are focusing mainly on your beautiful face, all of your skin is important and today, I want to talk about your upper body's skin. After all, having a young face means nothing if you have an aged décolletage. Don't age yourself by weathering your skin in the sun and environmental elements. Here area  few tips.

  • Be sure to protect your skin when outdoors by keeping your chest and shoulders covered when it's sunny out.
  • Handle your outdoor workout during sunrise and sunset hours, versus when the sun is high in the sky and at its most dangerous.
  • Use raspberry seed oil (SPF 28 to 50) to naturally and effectively protect your skin from the sun and harsh environmental elements.
