This month, our recommended course is 35 Self Care Mantras. With it, you will receive one mantra a day for 35 days, each one designed to help give you a quick escape from negative people, thoughts, actions, and concepts. The idea behind this practice is to learn how to be able to (as I call it) Houdini out of drama and negativity, without having to overthink or talk too much, which usually just gets us deeper into trouble. What we need instead is a series of undebatable responses that can quickly become our personal governance and escape hatches –– much like the master magician, Harry Houdini!
