5 Week Tweak: Week #1 –– Repair

We’re on summer vacation here at The G3, and even though it’s hard to believe, fall is right around the corner! Damn. Where is the summer going? It’s amazing how fast time flies when you’re adulting.

But, in the meantime, we are dedicating the month of August to making a new shift in preparation for the fall, and for all the changes that come with kids going back to school, colder weather, shorter days, and (sooner than you think) the holidays. The next and final four months of the year are, undoubtedly, the busiest –– and the most exhausting. As summer comes to an end, it’s a great time to check in with ourselves and make a few tweaks. Enter the 5 Week Tweak!

Week #1: Repair

Before there can be any major shifts made, we’ll first need to repair the damage that has been done in recent weeks, month, or even years. A great way to do this is to start trimming the fat and repairing our minds, bodies, and souls.

This Week’s Practice:
