4 Ways to Stop Worrying

  2. Jot down helpful affirmations and motivational quotes in your planner and/or journal, and on Post-Its around your home and workspace, as well as your overall goals for the day, month, or year.

  3. Trust your systems. When you have found a way of being that works for you, trust it!

  4. Think and speak positivity over your life, and trust the universe to agree, and return this self-fulfilling prophecy to you 100 fold.
