Vanilla-Bean Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup Simple Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla bean paste

  • 8 cups (2 quarts) cold sparkling or still water

Simple Syrup Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Over medium-high heat, boil water

  2. Lower to medium heat and add sugar until dissolved

  3. Set aside to cool

  4. Whisk lemon juice into simple syrup

  5. Add vanilla bean paste and whisk

  6. Pour concentrate into water and stir

  7. Serve with ice, and garnish with lemon wedges, whole vanilla beans, and mint
