Super Moist Jiffy Cornbread


  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 4 tbl butter, softened
  • 2 tbl sour cream
  • sea salt


  1. Follow the directions on the back of the box, adding egg and milk to cornbread mix.
  2. Add half the butter, honey, and sour cream. Mix.
  3. Butter your baking dish.
  4. Pour in mixture.
  5. Bake according to directions.
  6. When baked, coat top of cornbread with additional butter, drizzle with additional honey
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt
