- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- ⅓ cup honey
- 4 tbl butter, softened
- 2 tbl sour cream
- sea salt
- Follow the directions on the back of the box, adding egg and milk to cornbread mix.
- Add half the butter, honey, and sour cream. Mix.
- Butter your baking dish.
- Pour in mixture.
- Bake according to directions.
- When baked, coat top of cornbread with additional butter, drizzle with additional honey
- Sprinkle with sea salt
