Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Brussels sprouts
- olive oil
- Himalayan pink salt
- freshly ground pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Preheat oven to 425˚
- Clean and cut sprouts in half and remove damaged leaves. Place in baking pan.
- Sprinkle liberally with olive oil and season to taste.
- Stir sprouts, then, place in oven uncovered
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked with brown edges.
