Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • Brussels sprouts
  • olive oil
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder


  1. Preheat oven to 425˚
  2. Clean and cut sprouts in half and remove damaged leaves. Place in baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle liberally with olive oil and season to taste.
  4. Stir sprouts, then, place in oven uncovered
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked with brown edges.
