Here is my latest healthy obsession.
This is it.
When I began to change my diet over three years ago, I slowly left my bad eating and drinking habits behinds. I am still taking strides to continue changing as I am currently preparing my kitchen to go semi-vegan.
In the interim, I have seen a change in my tolerance for junk foods, making my cheat days just as healthy as my faithful days. What I'm saying here is that on most cheat days, I just wind up eating apples and peanut butter because my body damn near convulses when I eat anything that isn't clean.
So, when a friend told me about this coconut/peanut butter blend, I was interested. As an islander, anything with coconut in it speaks to my indigenous spirit and, as someone who tries to workout regularly, I am finding protein packed peanut butter to be my best friend, post workout.
So, I tried it.
That was three months and six jars ago.
I put this sh*t on everything.
Whether after a workout, while watching TV, or while in the kitchen preparing dinner, I pull out this Earth Balance Coconut and Peanut Spread and smear it on apples, celery, Triscuits, my finger...whatever.
