Yes. This is fast food.
The lemon pepper tilapia was seasoned and breaded in Panko crumbs by my grocer and just required frying. I did so in olive oil after adding a bit of flour to the breading, which had gotten a bit soggy on the way home.
The 3 cheese tortellini was purchased fresh and ready made, only needing to be dipped in boiling water for a few minutes. I tossed the pasta in a sauce created by heating olive oil in a small saucepan, adding 2 coarsely chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and cream. I whisked these ingredients together (without measuring) and brought to a quick boil before removing from the fire and adding to the tortellini.
I sautéed fresh spinach and mushrooms in olive oil with fresh garlic, fresh ground Himalayan Pink Salt, and fresh ground pepper.
I completed this meal in less than 15 minutes.
