Banana Chia Pudding


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tbl honey
  • 4 tbl chia seeds


  1. To a blender, add milk, banana, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in bowl or container with cover.
  3. Stir in chia seeds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
