- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 bananas
- 2 tbl honey
- 4 tbl chia seeds
- To a blender, add milk, banana, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture in bowl or container with cover.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
