Morning Milk

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz vegan milk (almond, cashew, coconut, flax, etc.)
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 scoop green superfood powder
  • 2 tsp raw honey

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to shaker bottle and shake until well mixed
  • Wait one minute and shake again
  • Repeat until powders are well dissolved and cohesive
