Karrine's Famous Oven Fried Honey Sriracha Wings


  • 1 lb. chicken wings
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • 2 tbl baking powder


  1. Wash and dry chicken wings
  2. Place wings in large mixing bowl
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Toss.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss
  5. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Toss.
  6. Sprinkle the last tablespoon of baking powder. Toss.
  7. With tongs, place wings on greased broiling pan rack or baking sheet
  8. Broil chicken at 500˚ 
  9. While chicken is broiling, whisk Sriracha and honey together in  bowl
  10. Turn chicken wings with tongs after 5 minutes. Continue to turn until both sides are brown.
  11. When browned, remove chicken from broiling rack and place in large mixing bowl
  12. Drizzle with Honey-Sriracha sauce. Toss.
