My fitness journey continues with a new set of outfits from Snatch My Waist. I just recieved a new shipment of five and this was the first one I tried. I love this outfit and it really inspired me to workout just a little harder and a bit longer. Comfortable, breathable, and absorbent, I had no issues bending, stretching, and sweating in this two-piece and I hated having to take it off.
My Daily Regimen:
I haven't changed my daily exercise regimen much over the past couple years. I tend to keep my workouts simple and light and focused on the areas I need to most maintenance. Basically, it consists of:
- 30 minutes of cardio
- 15 minutes of focused exercise
I am a treadmill junkie but I keep eyeing my elliptical and stationary bike, threatening to incorporate them by alternating my cardio. As for the focused exercises, I am still in love with the Nike Training Club app for women but haven't ventured much past the Better Butt exercise, since that is always my main focus. Still, I think some changes are due. Stay tuned!
