Egg Nog French Toast

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices (croissant loaf used)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (brown sugar, honey, etc)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Whip eggs and eggnog with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour
  2. Heat butter on skillet over medium heat
  3. Soak slices of bread in mixture until saturated (don't over saturate)
  4. Place soaked slices in skillet
  5. Grill until browned
  6. Flip and repeat
