Beet, Berry, and Banana Smoothie with Spinach and Chia Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz almond milk
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 cups raw spinach
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • ½ cup beets, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 cup supplement powder (protein, maca root, superfood, etc.), optional

Instructions:

  1. Pour almond milk in blender
  2. Start blender (use cover to protect from splatter)
  3. Add fruits and vegetables
  4. Add chia seeds
  5. Add honey
  6. Add supplement (optional)

NOTE: All fruits and veggies were frozen prior, negating the need to add ice.
