We have all heard about the amazing advantages of exercise and all it can do for our bodies and our moods, but let's take a closer look at what exercise can do for your skin!
As you exercise, your heart rate increases, and that increase delivers more oxygen and other vital nutrients to your vital organs, including your skin. Not to mention the advantage of sweating out surface impurities! So, as much as you might hate the idea of physical exercise, you absolutely have to do it if you want to be gorgeous, not to mention live longer and have a better quality of life.
The Easiest Exercise Plan, Ever:
For those of you having a hard time getting out of bed or off the couch, I am going to give you the easiest way to get your body moving and your skin sweating--uphill training.
- Set the treadmill at a speed and incline most comfortable for you and just walk! Start slowly and work your way up to 30 minutes of incline training or even 45 minutes. Increase your speed and incline atlas once a week until you have reached either your or the machine's limits. That's it!
