Banana Berry Smoothie with Kale, Spinach, Chia Seeds, and Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 leaves kale, main vein removed
  • 2 tbl honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour milk into blender
  2. Add frozen fruit
  3. Add granola and chia seeds
  4. Add honey
  5. Add spinach and kale
  6. Blend until smooth
