- 4 ripe avocados
- ½ pound fresh pico de gallo
- garlic powder
- fresh lemon juice
- Halve the avocados, remove their seeds, score the flesh of the vegetable into squares, and scoop into a large mixing bowl.
- Add fresh pico de gallo
- Season with salt, fresh cracked pepper, and garlic powder
- Squirt with fresh lemon juice
- Blend and done.
