5 Minute Guacamole


  • 4 ripe avocados
  • ½ pound fresh pico de gallo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • fresh lemon juice


  1. Halve the avocados, remove their seeds, score the flesh of the vegetable into squares, and scoop into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add fresh pico de gallo
  3. Season with salt, fresh cracked pepper, and garlic powder
  4. Squirt with fresh lemon juice
  5. Blend and done.
